As a retired banker and living in Hawaii for over 40 years, I have helped thousands of business owners improve their businesses. Now as an appraiser, I can help them understand what factors improve valuation and assist them with valuations for Buy/Sell, ESOP, Gift and Estate Tax, Exit Planning and SBA Lending.

My License as a Certified Business Appraiser (“CBA”) is from the Institute of Business Appraisers (“IBA”) which was established in 1978 and is the oldest professional society devoted solely to the appraisal of closely-held businesses. I am also registered with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). This organization has trained over 35,000 CPAs and other valuation and consulting professionals in the fields of business valuation, financial litigation, and various related specialty services serving the legal and business communities. I am Also a Certified Business Exit Consultant ("CBEC") with a credential with the IEPA - International Exit Planning Association.
